Hello and Happy Sunday! This week over on the Sisters in Stamping blog we are sharing projects made with Sale-a-Bration items as this fabulous promotion is ending in a few days. I am sharing cards made with two items that can each be earned with a $50 merchandise order through February 28th - the Sending Support stamp set and Favored Flowers DSP (which coordinates with the Fragrant Flowers bundle on page 21 of the Spring Mini catalog).
Above are images and links to the products that I used for today's project. Don't forget that now through February 28th you can earn exclusive Sale-a-Bration items with a qualifying $50 or $100 merchandise order. To find out more about these items or to place an online order, please click on any image to hop over to my online Stampin' Up! store (don't forget to use Host Code U22V9GDJ* with your online order at checkout through February 28th).
Here is the first card, with a beautiful color palette of Blackberry Bliss, Evening Evergreen and Fresh Freesia - all colors found in the beautiful DSP. I fussy cut this flower from one of the DSP designs and added a sentiment from the stamp set. I also added a few rhinestone jewels which I think finishes the card nicely. To add a little something extra to the inside of the card I added a skinny strip of DSP that was from the reverse side of the piece that I cut the flowers.
This card pulls colors from the DSP design - Calypso Coral, Evening Evergreen and Petal Pink. I just love this sentiment and already know a co-worker that I will be sending this card as she recently did a presentation for our entire company despite being terrified. I want to let her know how proud I am of her!
Here is one more view of my card set. Which is your favorite? Isn't it amazing how the DSP is the star of both cards? For even more Sale-a-Bration ideas and inspiration, be sure to hop over to the Sisters in Stamping blog to check out what Karla and Rachel created this week. Happy stamping!!
Thanks for visiting and have a fabulous week!
