Hello and Happy Sunday! This week over on the Sisters in Stamping blog we are sharing projects made with a color palette of green and white in honor of St. Patrick's Day coming up later this week. Here is what I came up with for that theme, a card perfect for a friend needing support.
Above are images and links to the products that I used for today's project. To find out more about these items or to place an online order, please click on any image to hop over to my online Stampin' Up! store (don't forget to use Host Code NK4X4VC3* with your online order at checkout through March 30th).
I used the Eden's Garden stamp set and coordinating Eden dies (which I am happy to have earned for FREE during Sale-a-Bration last month!) for today's card along with the Petal Park builder punch to create the flower embellishment. My color palette includes Basic White, Garden Green, Old Olive and Pear Pizzazz.
Here is a close-up of the flower and part of the die-cut border. Isn't it pretty? To find out how I created the flower, be sure to check out this blog post from January 15th where I shared the instructions. I also sponged the outside edges of the flower petals to give it a little more pop. I added a rhinestone jewel in the center of the flower and added a few smaller ones on the card as well.
For the inside of the card, I left it super simple and just stamped one of the foliage images from the set with Pear Pizzazz ink.
Here is one more view of my card. For even green and white color palette ideas and inspiration, be sure to hop over to the Sisters in Stamping blog to check out what Karla and Rachel created this week. Happy stamping!!
Thanks for visiting and have a fabulous week!
