Hello and happy Sunday!! I hope you had a fabulous weekend! This week for Sunday Fun Day over on the Sisters in Stamping blog we are sharing cards featuring Designer Series Paper (DSP). I love making projects with DSP - 1) all the patterns in a pack are always beautiful and perfectly coordinate with each other, and 2) the color palettes are amazing, making it super easy to pull a card together. Today I am sharing 2 cards out of a set of 4 that I created using just a 6" x 6" square from a single sheet of one of the pieces in the Flower & Field DSP pack along with the To a Wild Rose stamp set. This DSP is a level 1 Sale-a-Bration selection and is FREE with a $50 order that is placed by February 28th. So, if you love it as much as I do please be sure to place a qualifying $50+ online order in my Stampin' Up! store or contact me to place your order. But don't delay... time is running out to get your hands on this DSP!
For this first card, I used a strip of the DSP. I pulled the colors from the images in the DSP: pool party (card base and flower) and granny apple green (sentiment). I added a strip of daffodil delight ruched ribbon for some added texture. These colors are so vibrant and cheerful!
For this card I again used a strip of DSP and only the large sentiment from the To a Wild Rose stamp set with Shaded Spruce ink. I added more of the daffodil delight ruched ribbon and glued the panel to a granny apple green card base. I really love all the flowers in this pattern - so fun!
Here is a shot of all four cards I created. Be sure to check back because I'll be sharing the other two cards tomorrow. And don't forget to hop over to the Sisters in Stamping blog to check out what my fellow designers created for more DSP card ideas and inspiration.
Thanks for visiting and have a fabulous week!
