Hi there and welcome to the July 2020 Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! This month we are sharing projects that celebrate the Red, White and Blue in honor of our Independence Day earlier this month. Since July 4th has passed, I decided to use the colors to make a fun birthday card with these bright colors and used the new super adorable Pampered Pets stamp set.
How cute is this Pampered Pets stamp set? If you're a pet lover like I am, this is a must-have set. And it comes with a bundle option which includes die cuts that coordinate with this set and the matching DSP from the product line.
I decided to use Pacific Point as the blue for this card because it is bright and goes so well with Real Red and Whisper White for a bright and cheery card.
I kept this card super simple, adding some texture with a bow made out of the Braided Linen trim and an embossed panel using the 3D Absolutely Argyle embossing folder. Wondering what I used to cut out the "Enjoy" sentiment? It is the end of the Timeless Label punch. Love that versatility!
Here's a close-up view of the stamped panel. The dog and dog bowl were both colored using Water Painters with the Granite Gray ink pad (dog) and Soft Suede (dog bowl).
Here's one last look at my card. For even more Red, White and Blue ideas and inspiration, be sure to check out the rest of the projects on the Hop by using the links below.
Thanks for visiting and have a great day!!

Thanks, Judy! This was fun using red, white and blue with a non-July 4th project.
