August 2019 Blog Hop - Sneak Peek Holiday 2019 Catalog!

Hi there and welcome to the August 2019 Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! This month we are sharing sneak peek products from the upcoming Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog. By now many of my regular stampers should have received their catalogs in the mail - please let me know if you haven't.

What is your favorite product suite? I have a few, but the Wrapped in Plaid is pretty high on my list. I just love the plaid DSP and the gold foil detail in the papers is really gorgeous. The font of the sentiments in the Perfectly Plaid stamp set are fantastic, too!! And who doesn't love a punch that perfectly cuts out multiple images from a stamp set - these trees can be used for so much more than holiday cards. I also added a strip of the beautiful diagonal striped 3/8" cherry cobbler ribbon from the Night Before Christmas product suite and a few Holiday Rhinestones.

Here is a side-view of the stamped and layered ovals, which were die-cut using the Layering Ovals thinlits. Each layer is popped up with stampin' dimensionals and I slid the ribbon between the oval layers. And check out the rhinestones, aren't they awesome? They come in a pack of 140 in 3 sizes (3mm, 4mm and 5mm) and in five different colors: cherry cobbler, coastal cabana, night of navy, pumpkin pie and shaded spruce.

Here is how I stamped the inside of the card - the little pinecones in the corner are also in this set as is the Christmas sentiment.
