Hello and Happy Saturday! This week over on the Sisters in Stamping blog we are sharing cards featuring retiring products from the Occasions catalog for Fabulous Friday (yes, I am a day late getting this post published).

Here is another view of the card. The colors for my card were taken from the All My Love DSP - the card base is Soft Sea Foam card stock, the middle layer is Flirty Flamingo card stock and I stamped the sentiment from the Life is Grand stamp set with Lovely Lipstick ink. I cut the stamped panel from whisper white card stock using the Stitched Rectangles thinlits which are thankfully carrying over into the 2019-2020 Annual catalog!
I wanted to jazz up the stamped panel a little and cut out two of the flowers from the DSP to put in each of the corners. I embellished with a few rhinestones and voila, a quick and easy card made in about 10 minutes.
Here is what I did for the inside of the card - I used the other birthday sentiment from this set and stamped it with Lovely Lipstick ink and added a small strip of the DSP to the bottom. That leaves plenty of room to write a note to the recipient inside and makes the card feel more special.
