Hi there and welcome to the March 2019 Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! This month we are featuring the Sale-a-Bration Coordination products that are being offered through the end of the month that work beautifully with some of the Sale-a-Bration selections being offered this year.
My coordination product that I used is the Four Seasons framelits dies that work with the Four Seasons Bundle (free with a $100 qualifying order). I used the die to cut out my bright and beautiful Melon Mambo flower.
How great are these colors together? It's been sunny and gorgeous here in Central Virginia the last couple of days - the temperatures were warm enough that I even threw my windows open to let in some fresh air. As the daffodils and crocuses are beginning to bloom all around I knew I wanted to have some cheery flowers on my card. The color combination I chose to use is Daffodil Delight, Gorgeous Grape, Melon Mambo and Granny Apple Green. I'll be honest, Granny Apple Green is slowly becoming my new favorite green (sorry Old Olive!). Check out the sentiment - it is from the Strong & Beautiful stamp set that is in the Occasions catalog.
Here is a close-up view of the flower that I cut out so quickly and easily with my Big Shot and the Four Seasons framelits. I added a clear faceted gem to the center - so fun! And I'm thinking the little black accents stamp is supposed to be snowflakes, but I kind of like how they add a touch of whimsy to my card panel.
Here is one more view of my card - I really love how this turned out and think it will be a project for my Card Club later this month. Be sure to check back tomorrow to see my Fabulous Friday project for the Sisters in Stamping blog and don't forget to follow the hop to see what the other designers created for the 5 year anniversary celebration.
Thanks for visiting and have a great day!!
