Hi there and welcome to the November Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! This month we are creating projects with a fun color challenge featuring Merry Merlot, Powder Pink and Silver Foil. I decided to go with an unconventional Christmas card using the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set.
These colors are really pretty together and I really like how this card turned out. I turned to my trusty Big Shot and several framelits including the Seasonal Layers thinlits and Stitched Shapes framelits to create it. i also used the different snowflakes in the stamp set to create my own background.
I cut the snowflake out of the center of the silver foil mat and my scratched up cutting pad transferred those scratches to the foil, but I like the texture it left behind.
Here is a view of the inside of the card - I added one of each snowflake in the bottom left corner and added a sentiment in the center.
