Happy Friday and thanks for visiting! This week we are featuring projects that are inspired by music for our Fabulous Friday projects over on the Sisters in Stamping blog. I immediately thought of the Home for the Holidays DSP which has a piece that looks like sheet music and thought it would be fun to make a pretty Christmas ornament. Luckily, I had this glass ornament left over from last year and quickly filled it with rolled up strips of the DSP.
Here's another view of my ormanent - it is really difficult to take a photo of a glass ornament!
Once I had the strips the way I wanted them inside the ornament, I added a rhinestone jewel to the center of one of the Snowflake Elements and attached it to the outside using a mini glue dot. Easy-peasey!
Here is another view of my completed project - I love how easily it comes together! These would make quick and easy gifts for the music lovers in your life! The strips were cut to 6" x 1/2" and I did not have to use that many to fill up the glass. You could easily make many ornaments with the 2 sheets of this DSP in the pack!
For even more musically inspired project inspiration, be sure to hop over to the Sisters in Stamping blog later this afternoon.
