Happy Monday! I wanted to share with you today my Quick & Easy card for this week... it is a birthday card featuring the Crazy About You stamp set and coordinating Flower Medallion punch from the Occasions catalog and Best Year Ever designer series paper (earn it for FREE during Sale-a-Bration with a qualifying $50 order) that I created for a co-worker who is celebrating her birthday today. With all the cold and snow we've had over the last week I thought a cheery Spring flower card would be perfect to brighten her day.

I love this set - check out all of these great words you can stamp on their own or combine to make tons of sentiments! There are also two flower images that coordinate with the Flower Medallion and 1-3/4" Scallop Circle punches. I have a feeling that this stamp set is going to be seeing a lot of ink on future cards. And here is the very best part - this set is available in all 3 options, so no matter which type of stamps are your favorite you can purchase it in that form - wood mount, clear mount or photopolymer!!

Here's a close-up of my focal panel. I used the Flower Medallion punch to cut out a flower shape and the DSP peeks out. I embellished it simply with a rhinestone accent. Easy, right?! The color combination includes coastal cabana, calypso coral and whisper white that I pulled from the DSP.

Here's another view of the card - you can see that I popped up the top layer to give the flower more dimension.
